Benedetta, a new restaurant launching soon in the Old Port of Montréal, is seeking an experienced **Head Chef** to lead our kitchen team. We specialize in Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients, creativity, and consistency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management
- Develop and execute seasonal menus
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage labor and food costing, and maintain cost controls
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
- Proven experience in kitchen and team management
- Strong knowledge of labor costing and food costing
- Excellent organizational and stress-management skills
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends

Benedetta, un nouveau restaurant qui ouvrira bientôt ses portes dans le Vieux-Port de Montréal, est à la recherche d’un **Chef exécutif** expérimenté pour diriger son équipe de cuisine. Nous proposons une cuisine méditerranéenne d’inspiration italienne, mettant en valeur des ingrédients frais, la créativité et la constance.

**Responsabilités**:

- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine et la gestion du personnel
- Élaborer et exécuter des menus saisonniers
- Assurer des standards élevés de qualité, de présentation et de constance des plats
- Gérer les coûts de main-d’œuvre et de nourriture et maintenir les contrôles budgétaires
- Maintenir un environnement de cuisine propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé
- Travailler efficacement sous pression dans un milieu dynamique

**Exigences**:

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en cuisine
- Expérience confirmée en gestion d’équipe et de cuisine
- Bonne maîtrise du calcul des coûts de main-d’œuvre et de nourriture
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et gestion du stress
- Disponibilité à temps plein, y compris soirs et fins de semaine
