Your Contribution:
As an **Account Coordinator** you will be responsible for data reporting & analysis and maintaining existing client relationships, you will work in collaboration with the Tanknology team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Data Reporting & Analysis (50%)
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of data reporting and analysis;
- Generate monthly summary reports;
- Control and monitoring of compliance with employer policies and procedures.
- Control of the quality of output by reducing errors to the barest minimum.
- Must be able to interpret regulations and how they affect our clients.

Account Coordinator (50%)
- Build on existing relationships to continue the team work between Tanknology and the clients;
Follow up on account receivables to ensure timely processing and payment;
- Maintain clear lines of communication between regulators and clients to ensure compliance is thoroughly understood and completed accurately
- Must be able to interpret regulations and how they affect our clients;

Your Profile:

- College education in a related field;
- Strong background in math related field.
- Bilingual (French and English), an asset;
- Similar administrative experience;
- Familiarity with data transfer issues;
