**Note: we are seeking 1 Full Time and 1 Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accounting Coordinator to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Reconciliations
- The role is partly Remote, requiring client office visit once or twice a week in either Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton or St. Catharines (based on your preference).

**What You’ll Do**
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and transparency for grantors, donors, and boards.
- Track expenses, donations, and grant funding to help organizations stay compliant and mission-focused.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, assist with audits, and support annual budget planning.
- Process payroll, manage accounts payable/receivable, and liaise with vendors.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams and leaders who share your passion for community impact.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (non-profit experience a plus but not required).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A caring attitude and a genuine interest in supporting charitable work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
