**Laser Operator**

The Laser Operator will be responsible for running laser machines that cut and shape metal parts and materials. Precision, technical knowledge, and safety awareness are key aspects of this role. The operator must understand machine programming, operation, and maintenance to produce high-quality work according to specifications.

**Our facility in Pickering, ON has openings for Full-time or Part-time positions available on all three shifts (Days-Mon-Fri, Nights-Mon-Thurs, Weekends-Fri-Sun).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, program, and operate the laser cutting machine to cut and engrave various materials.
- Adjust machine settings based on material type and thickness to achieve precise cuts and mínimal waste.
- Modify existing programs to ensure optimal operation and output.
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they conform to specified measurements, designs, and quality standards.
- Load materials onto the machine and properly position them for cutting.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
