**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments on laser equipment as necessary.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for production.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Collaborate with team members in fabrication processes, including welding, machining, and assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on machines.
- Utilize hand tools and tooling effectively for various manufacturing tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CNC laser cutting or related manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines is preferred.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is a plus.
- Experience with electrical discharge machining, plasma cutting, stamping presses, and sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and ensure adherence to specifications throughout the production process.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
