**Position Overview**:
We are looking for **receptionists** who are adept at managing client communications and administrative tasks. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but we also welcome those who are eager to learn and develop their skills in this area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle front desk operations and greet clients warmly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Maintain records and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Support the team in maintaining a professional environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
