Bookkeeper/office Manager

Quantum Accounting Services is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. Reporting to the President, this position will support our work in professional accounting, bookkeeping, consulting, financial advisory and tax services for small and growing businesses, start-up companies, arts organizations and special events groups. This is a front line intermediate position that requires a pleasant professional with excellent spoken and written English skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer calls and inquiries and forward calls/messages to the appropriate staff member
- Greet clients, mail, courier and all front-end duties required
- General office coordination and Assistant to the President
- correspondence, mailings, faxing, filing, scheduling and ordering office supplies
- Office equipment and software maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.
- Basic bookkeeping including banking, receipts, invoices, AP/AR, bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update client databases
- Preparation of completed individual and corporate tax returns for client pickup
- Client relations
Qualifications:
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
