Office Assistant/receptionist

Zamola Delivery Services is looking for a Fulltime Office Assistant/Receptionist. Some of the Job duties include:
Answering phones and directing calls to the right department;
Data entry, scanning and filing;
Sorting daily run paperwork from multiple trucks for invoicing and payables;
Posting Accounts Payables in QuickBooks;
Spreadsheet entries and maintenance for invoicing, subcontractors and attendance;
Day-to-day functions to support the administrative team;
Ordering office supplies;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
