**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers.
- Collect patient information and ensure accurate data entry into electronic medical records systems such as Accuro
- Assist with insurance verification and patient billing processes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with dental or medical staff to facilitate efficient patient care.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a specialist office receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Accuro,is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in administrative tasks within a healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory.

The working environment is collegial, enjoyable in a new office.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
