**This position is a work-from-home position.**
One Janitorial is a National Janitorial Company that is currently pushing into the USA with our brand-new Ambassador program. Our expansion will require us to hire over 30 people within the next year+. The current people we’re hiring were hiring with the intention of grooming them for management and executive position in the future.
This position you are reading is for our Inside Sales Rep. Your job as one of our Inside Sales Reps for One Janitorial will be to cold call and find smaller janitorial businesses that are looking to grow and help them with their business needs.
This position has a commission on top of your salary; our reps make between $2k to $6k extra per month.
The person we are looking for needs to be youthful, competent, and able to execute tasks with no supervision. If you have the following qualities, please ensure you apply.
**Your day will include**:
- Being part of our highly successful sales team to reach out and get commercial contracts.
- Closing a minimum of 2 daily qualified Sales Appointments & Closing 24k+ of new deals.
- High outbound call volume - approx. 90 calls per day/minimum of 3 hours of talk time.
- Cold calling off of a provided lead list.
- Utilizing scripts for booking appointments & virtual presentations.
- Hard closing prospects at the end of presenting our services.
- Nurture prospects long-term and follow up when needed.
**Experience & expectations include**
- A proven sales track record illustrating their ability to close deals.
- **You have experience as an outbound sales rep, door-to-door sales rep or car salesman.**:
- Have or are willing to purchase an extended microphone headset ($15 on amazon), a Computer with 4 GB of ram & a good webcam, and an Internet that is fast - On google, type in - an internet speed test - take a free test to find out.
- Quiet place to work at home without being interrupted.
- Work hours 8 am to 4:30 pm MDT - Monday to Friday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must obtain a high level of energy.
- Must possess excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Must be willing to put in the extra hard work to get the result.
- Familiarization with Google programs (sheets, drive, Gmail, etc) is an asset.
