As a leader who helped shape the industry, Draganfly’s focus is on the sale of drone products and services, contract engineering & custom integration product development, and health monitoring products and services. **About the Role**: **Your Responsibilities**: - Handling and maintaining the organization’s CRM to ensure effective population of information. - Leading pre and post-tradeshow event deliverables as it relates to lead-generation and transfer of information into the organization’s CRM. - Generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the CRMs inbound leads and communicating results to supervisor and marketing program manager. Based on the KPIs, support as necessary the brainstorming sessions on new marketing campaigns. - Coordinating the transfer of marketing collateral to the sales team from the marketing department. - Creating sales orders and client cards using organization’s ERP system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and confirming all orders are accurate including timely delivery. - Collaborating with various departments to manage Sales team’s deliverables. - Following up on account receivables and providing updates on daily fulfillment reporting to the departments. - Forecasting equipment requirements from the team and putting through Purchase Order request with fulfillment team. - Updating pricing database across all sales platforms as new products become introduced, or if it becomes obsolete (EOL). **But Who Are You Really?** - **_Organization and Planning-_** Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Has a track record of dedication and a go-getter attitude. **Qualifications**: - A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - 2 or more years’ experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector. - Proficiency in Power BI, Hubspot, or other CRM platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software - Experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous. - Some exposure to the drone industry would be a plus. **Some Perks You Can Expect**: - Competitive Salary - Equity Compensation
