Renowned for our diverse range of products and commitment to customer satisfaction, we are a trusted name in asset protection and perimeter safety.

**Position Summary**:
We are in search of an energetic and results-driven Hybrid Inside/ Outside Sales Representative to launch and strengthen our residential bollards line in Quebec. This role entails a blend of inside and outside sales tasks, engaging directly with clients and establishing dealer/ distributor partnerships. Position will be a combination of home office, and some travel within Quebec.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outside sales calls, including on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish agreements with potential dealers and distributors.
- Foster robust relationships with clients and partners, ensuring top-notch service and support.
- Perform market analysis to understand local requirements, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Efficiently manage and update client information using CRM software.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients and partners to address queries, provide information, and close sales.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Perform site visits and risk assessments of residential vehicle theft vulnerabilities.
- Participate in sales meetings, contributing insights and strategies.
- Identify marketing opportunities in Quebec (i.e., Tradeshows, Advertising, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction, landscaping, or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Independent, and also a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with the Quebec market's unique needs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undertake regional travel.
- Proficient in CRM system and sales reporting tools.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
