What This Role Is:
This is a **commission-only door-to-door sales position** with uncapped earning potential.
You're not stuck behind a desk — you’ll be on the ground, introducing Pacific Blue’s services to homeowners, building managers, strata members, and commercial properties.

You’ll generate interest and leads. Our service team takes care of the technical side.
**Every closed deal = money in your pocket.** The more you hustle, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do:

- Knock on doors (residential and commercial), visit buildings and sites
- Introduce our brand, present our services (drainage, hot water tank replacements, backflow testing, PM contracts, etc.)
- Find problems and offer real solutions — from a dripping faucet to full building hydro-jetting
- Set up service calls, free estimates, or quote appointments
- Follow up with prospects and help turn warm leads into paying clients
- Build relationships with property managers, site supervisors, and decision-makers

Who You Are:

- A self-motivated, confident communicator who doesn’t get discouraged by a few no’s
- Someone who knows how to talk to people and build trust quickly
- Comfortable walking into a building or site and striking up a conversation
- Sales or canvassing experience (door-to-door, real estate, trades, alarms, solar, etc.)
- Strong understanding of commissions and how to manage your own schedule
- Organized, reliable, and hungry to earn

What You’ll Earn:
We’ll be straight with you — **this is 100% commission-based. No base salary.**
But with that comes unlimited potential.
Here’s what our current reps earn:

- **$100-$500+ per residential job booked - Depending on a service thats done.**:

- **$1,000+ per building contract signed**:

- **Up to 10% on larger commercial installs or recurring PM agreements**:

- Average monthly earnings range from **$5,000 to $15,000** (depending on how active you are)
- Bonuses available for performance and referrals
