Now, we’re on the hunt for a driven, skilled, and customer-focused **Garage Door Technician** to join our expanding team.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As our new Garage Door Technician, you’ll be the face of the company on the frontlines — diagnosing issues, fixing or installing doors and openers, and offering customers the best possible solutions. You’ll own your service calls from start to finish, combining technical skill with smart sales know-how.

Your Day-to-Day:

- **Sell with confidence**: Build rapport, present options, and close deals
- **Hands-on work**: Repair and install garage doors, openers, and accessories
- **Stay organized**: Be punctual, Manage your CRM updates, track inventory, and keep your truck ready to roll

**Schedule**: Tuesday-Saturday

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience in sales (bonus points for mechanical background)
- A friendly, confident personality — you love meeting people and solving problems
- Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights, etc.)
- BC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work overtime and some weekends as needed

**The Interview Process**
