We are growing and looking for a new Superstar who is a winner and can prove it, who is ready to overachieve targets.

To be successful in this role, you must combine a high level of sales and customer service and be very good at troubleshooting garage doors and openers.

As a Garage Door Technician, you will travel to various service calls throughout the day to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain all makes of garage doors and openers.

You will interact with our customers daily, and having patient and respectful behaviour is a must to represent Garage Door Ninja in the best possible way.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
✧ **Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate with customers the scope of work and pricing - make deals
- Repairs / Installation / Service for overhead garage doors
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Maintain work truck (re-stock truck, keep tools/parts organized, and report any issues)
- Increase customer's awareness of how our products, services, & solutions can benefit them
- Complete tasks on time and submit closing reports in the CRM system
- Collect payments

This role requires a high level of focus on safety and details, adaptability, and a positive “can-do” attitude, as well as:

- Must possess strong customer skills and work ethic: Honest and dedicated to customer satisfaction, reliable, dependable, and professional
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills required
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Determine layout and installation procedures
- Ability to work at heights is a must
- Ability to write and communicate in English
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Self-directed time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task in an often high-pressure environment
- Valid BC Driver’s license and clean abstract
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- 12V Electrical circuits and systems, 120V basics, metal fabrication is an asset.

Wage: Initial compensation rate will be based on experience with a possible increase upon demonstrating exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

✧ **Working Conditions**:

- The job requires a high degree of “selling.”
- Must be able to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short notice.
- The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented.
- Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a Drug test and background Check.
