**The Role**:
As a Residential Sales Specialist, you’ll be the primary contact for homeowners, strata managers, builders, developers, and property managers, offering tailored garage door solutions and closing sales. This role involves traveling throughout the Lower Mainland to meet clients, assess needs, take measurements, and provide expert guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relations & Sales**: Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, strata managers, property managers, and industry professionals, providing solutions and closing sales.
- **Quoting & Follow-Up**: Prepare accurate quotes for installations and repairs, follow up on leads, and manage your sales pipeline.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver a smooth, positive experience from consultation to project completion.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with our installation and customer experience teams to ensure timely project scheduling and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales Experience**: 3+ years in sales, ideally within the home improvement, garage door, or construction industry.
- **Diverse Client Engagement**: Proven ability to connect with a range of clients, from homeowners to property managers and developers.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written skills with effective follow-up and organizational abilities.
- **Technical Interest**: Willingness to learn technical aspects of garage doors to provide informed solutions.
- **Travel & Vehicle**: Must have a personal vehicle for travel throughout the Lower Mainland; mileage expenses will be covered by the company.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Comfortable using sales software to manage leads and track progress.

Pay: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
