$20/hr Base + $50 Commission per Sale + Bonuses ($500 for 10 Sales/Week)

Are you energetic, great with people, and looking for a high-earning, flexible role? Invictus Professional Snowfighters — the Pacific Northwest's premium residential snow removal & ice management company — is hiring motivated door-to-door reps for the upcoming winter season.

This is a simple, friendly sales role where you connect with homeowners, explain our residential program, and help them sign up for our on-demand snow & ice removal services.

What You'll Do

  • Go door‐to‐door in assigned neighbourhoods, presenting Invictus' residential snow & ice removal program
  • Explain our VIP residential program, weather notifications, anti-icing alerts, and on-demand service options
  • Help homeowners sign up using a simple digital onboarding link
  • Provide accurate info, answer questions, and represent our premium brand
  • Track leads and submitted signups

Compensation

  • $20/hr guaranteed base pay
  • $50 commission per approved customer signup
  • $10 team override for each sale completed by someone you helped train
  • $10 neighbourhood bonus for qualifying zones
  • $500 weekly bonus for hitting 10 sales
  • Daily & weekly incentives
  • Top performers take home $35–$60/hr equivalent with commission

  • Sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's licence required
