Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment focused on business development and customer service.

Duties

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our security guard services to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with prospective customers.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Leverage marketing materials and technology tools such as Salesforce for tracking interactions and managing customer data.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing product information clearly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing, inside sales, and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a commission-based environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or business development is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, professional, and have a positive attitude towards achieving sales objectives.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
