**About Us**:
The Filth Fighters is a well-established exterior cleaning company proudly serving North Vancouver for the past five years. We specialize in professional, high-quality window, gutter, pressure/Soft washing, and roof cleaning services. We’re currently looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our evening door-to-door sales team.

This is a **part-time, casual, seasonal position** - perfect for someone who works a morning job or is looking to supplement their income in the evenings. You’ll be going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, informing homeowners about our services and encouraging them to agree to receive a **free, no-obligation quote** (a manager handles the quotes - you just get the lead).

**Schedule**:

- **Monday to Thursday evenings** are typical
- **4 to 5 days per week** expected
- Sometimes a **weekend afternoon (Saturday or Sunday)** may replace a Friday if needed
- **2-4 hours per day**, with an average of **3 hours per shift**:

- Work runs **now through at least July 7th**, with potential to continue for high performers

**Location**:

- Work is based in **North Vancouver, BC**:

- You’ll meet at a designated location before each shift
- In most cases, **transportation and live support from a manager are provided during shift**

**Pay Structure**:
You’re guaranteed minimum wage (**$17.85/hour**) but can earn significantly more based on performance.

**Commission System (Per Hour)**:

- **0 leads** = $17.85 (base wage)
- **1 lead** = $20
- **2 leads** = $25
- **3 leads** = $30
- **4 leads** = $35
- And so on
- A “lead” is defined as a homeowner agreeing to a free quote and providing their contact information._

**Note**: Commission resets each hour. So if you get 3 leads in the first hour, that hour pays **$30**. If you get 1 the next, that hour pays **$20**.

- Able to work on your feet, rain or shine
- Comfortable speaking to strangers at the door
- Trustworthy and good at following instructions
- Previous door-to-door or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
