**The Role**:
As a Garage Door Technician, you’ll lead service calls, troubleshoot, repair, and install garage doors and openers, negotiate with customers on the best solutions to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**: Close deals, build relationships, and maximize satisfaction.
- **Technical Work**: Repair, install, and maintain garage doors and openers.
- **Independent Task Management**: Keep your work truck stocked, manage CRM updates, and complete jobs on time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in sales with mechanical aptitude.
- **Customer Focus**: Friendly, reliable, and professional with strong communication skills.
- **Physical Readiness**: Able to work at heights and lift 50 lbs.
- **Requirements**: BC driver’s license with a clean record; ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
