Client Enrollment Representative

We’re looking for a self-motivated Client Enrollment Representative to drive our sales initiatives in growing our customer base and clients’ brand awareness In this role, you will become the crucial link between our current customers and prospective leads, ensuring effective communication and nurturing a long-lasting relationship. The Client Enrollment Representative's main focus will be to educate customers on the latest trends, products, and services to help them find the solutions that are needed most. **Client Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a first point of contact between the customer and our company, and ensure there is transparency with our communication to help identify pain points and potential solutions with our products and services
- Empathize with customers’ concerns and find tailored resolutions to any complaints that may arise
- Maintain regular contact with current customers and potential new members to meet enrollment & sales goals and enhance customer engagement
- Identify and troubleshoot client issues by collaborating with fellow Client Enrollment Representatives who have successfully navigated similar sales challenges
- Partner with Client Enrollment Representative colleagues to discuss sales targets, new promotions, and customer acquisition goals
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and satisfied with our sales services
**Preferred Qualifications For The Client Enrollment Representative**:
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced customer service and/or sales environment
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues independently and efficiently.
- A friendly and professional demeanor that builds trust and puts customers at ease.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Desire to grow professionally and personally
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
