Interested in a career in the exciting beauty industry? Modern Basic Cosmetics is a cosmetics manufacturer working with aspiring entrepreneurs and established brands. We place a strong emphasis on strong customer service, initiative and teamwork. Our priority is to make the client happy.

We are looking for a client care representative who can bring some positive energy to the team. Communication and organizational skills are important requirements for the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a strong asset
- Proactive attitude with ability to identify and solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is very important
- Superior organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and work in a team environment as well as performing duties alone
- Positive, energetic, polite, and respectful attitude
- Willingness to assist others
- Hard working, self-motivated, and an ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills and familiar with Google Workspace or similar
- Familiarity with cosmetics is an asset
- Experience in sales is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Duties**:

- Enter and review orders in order management system
- Assist in order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship)
- Organize and file paperwork
- Record and organize project details
- Other related duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)
