About the Role
We are seeking a
strategic and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager
to build and manage partnerships with
international universities and colleges
across destinations such as
Canada, the UK, the US, Australia, and other key study-abroad markets
.
As part of our growing educational portal, this role focuses on establishing
direct agreements and collaborations
with global institutions, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring smooth integration of partner programs into our student recruitment ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have
strong business development, communication, and partnership management skills
within the international education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard
universities, colleges, and pathway partners
for student recruitment collaboration.
- Negotiate and finalize
direct partnership agreements or MOUs
with institutions abroad.
- Build and maintain
long-term relationships
with university representatives, admission teams, and international offices.
- Please make sure that the
partner onboarding
on the portal, including course listing, marketing collateral, and program updates.
- Work closely with the
marketing and recruitment teams
to promote partner institutions and increase student enrollments.
- Attend
virtual and in-person networking events, education fairs, and workshops
to represent the portal and strengthen institutional connections.
- Track and report on
partnership performance, student enrollments, and revenue growth
.
- Serve as the
key point of contact
for partner institutions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on
global education trends, policies, and competitor activities
to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in
international education, university partnerships, or client relationship management
.
- Proven success in
signing institutional agreements or developing education partnerships
.
- Strong understanding of
international student recruitment and the higher education landscape
.
- Excellent
negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
.
- Experience using
CRM platforms
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work
independently and remotely
, managing multiple international stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field;
Master's preferred
.
