As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in navigating our software platform and troubleshoot any technical difficulties they may encounter
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Manage customer accounts and provide account management support
- Participate in project management activities to improve customer support processes
- Utilize Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is required
- Familiarity with financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems is a plus
- Experience working with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products is desirable

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
