**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The role of Client Services Representative is best suited for a friendly individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay organized.

Regular working hours are Monday to Friday either 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

This is not a remote or hybrid position.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum Level 1 General Insurance License (course materials, study time and the exam may be provided to accepted applicants that currently do not maintain an insurance license).
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF products is an asset.
- Previous experience with customer relations/account management with practice using a CRM is an asset.
- Must be fluent in English, including speaking clearly on the phone, reading comprehension and writing with correct grammar and spelling.
- Fluency in a second language is an asset.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Primary responsibilities for Client Services Representatives**:

- Providing clients with knowledgeable and efficient service regarding policy changes.
- Contacting clients that require policy maintenance, including payment updates or terminations.
- Assisting Claims Specialists, including initiating claims, providing assistance regarding the claims process and collecting documents from policyholders to complete their claims.
- Ensuring policyholder satisfaction.
- Lending support to brokerages, agents or dealerships regarding clients or policies when needed.
- Managing and filing documents and other administrative tasks when all other responsibilities have been fully completed/managed.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Client Services Representatives are actively encouraged to provide feedback, express ideas, propose potential improvements and devise the best methods to assist clients and affiliates.
- Client Services Representatives may develop, propose or participate in additional projects during the work week with the goal of improving the company provided all other responsibilities and tasks are completed satisfactorily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
