**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly filed.
- Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
- Support dental staff by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with patient inquiries as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience as a clerk or dental receptionist is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to office management and patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.45-$24.95 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

Flexible language requirement:
