**Role Description**
**Responsibilities**
Administrative & Office Operations
- Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings or appointments
- Manage vendor communications
- Assist management with general administrative support tasks
- Collect and process utility bills; ensure timely payments
- Maintain internal databases, inventory sheets, and transaction records
Logistics Coordination
- Request and compare freight and overseas shipping quotes
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and rigging services with freight companies
- Coordinate international transport logistics, including loading timelines
- Track ongoing shipments and manage logistics documentation
- Work closely with suppliers, riggers, and freight partners to ensure smooth operations
Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Sales Support
- Use QuickBooks for invoicing, receipt tracking, and expense entry
- Record payments, reconcile transactions, and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Support with internal financial reports and assist accounting team as needed
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries professionally
- Assist in updating product information to the company website (as needed)
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in office administration, logistics coordination, or accounting
- Experienced in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in logistics/trucking coordination is a must
- Experience in accounting is preferred
