Mississauga, Canada Cyber Air Systems Inc, Full time

**We are a small and well established HVAC company located in Mississauga. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. Successful applicants will possess the following**:

- Previous experience in office management in the Construction industry an asset
- Proficiency in _Microsoft Office _and _QuickBooks Online_
- Payroll experience
- Experience in tracking and managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working alone

**Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to**:

- Semi-monthly and monthly payroll
- HST remittance, payroll remittance
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Regular collection calls, answering phone calls and addressing needs of customers in a timely manner
- Creating and submitting quotations and invoices for upcoming and completed projects
- Dispatching and tracking jobs to technicians as well as follow up to ensure completion of jobs and all necessary corresponding paperwork

**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
