We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist/Office Registrar to join our team. The Nanaimo Gymnastics School (NGS) is seeking a dynamic, committed and skilled individual to work alongside our experienced and dedicated coaches, management team and Board of Directors.

NGS is committed to fostering amateur gymnastics, sportsmanship and good citizenship. We are a fully equipped gymnastics facility that has been delivering high level competitive gymnastics instruction for over 40 years. We offer a variety of programs including Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, pre-school and recreational classes and private birthday parties. This position requires a unique combination of strong leadership, technical and interpersonal skills. The applicant must be comfortable, calm and efficient in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communicable skills as well as a keen ability to prioritize and independently complete tasks is essential.

Experience is not required. Paid training in all tasks will be provided. The initial pace of learning will be fast.

Equipment and Computer Applications: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Uplifter registration system, Point of Sale terminal (Visa, Debit).

Details: This 35-hour-per-week position (Tuesday - Saturday) requires a flexible work schedule: July and August schedule is Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: $20 - $22 hour/based on experience; plus benefits after 3 month probationary period.
