Administrative Assistant

Working with all other departments to assist with the full coordination of resident move-ins and move outs.
- Provides weekly occupancy report and resident database
- Strong knowledge in RHRA, responsible for updating policies and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Annual testing/training/updating for fire safety manual.
- Initiates, develops and carries out marketing plans and programs to ensure sales goals and targets are met.
- In conjunction with the E.D evaluates and adjusts the marketing plan as necessary to ensure all marketing initiatives are effective and within budget.
- Creates, manages and updates entire database of current residents and potential prospects.
- Update resident database for internal use
- Conducts leasing tours as needed.
- Plan marketing events
- Update all marketing material annually and on as needed basis.
- Billing/data entry
- Assists with processing of leasing admission and discharge papers.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
