**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls using phone systems.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients in a professional manner.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing office communications.
- Support the medical office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for financial record keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
- Required 2 years experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
