Sales Operations Coordinator

A key person in ensuring the smooth running of the sales team operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator supports the team in daily activities, including client service and internal sales.
**Overview of your daily work**:
- Take client orders from sales or up-selling.
- Ensure the follow-up on product and services proposals and enter the quotes in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Support and follow-up on client files with management, representatives, managers, and account managers.
- Provide general information as needed on the various products offered by SIR Solutions.
- Make recommendations and product suggestions that best meet the client’s needs.
- Assist the managers of different departments in daily or occasional tasks.
- Identify and initiate the first steps to start a new group of potential clients in collaboration with the business development managers.
- Assist in the development of marketing and visibility strategies (web, advertising, etc.) and follow the leads generated by our marketing tools.
- Perform all administrative tasks related to the sales process from planning quotes to signing, including the required administrative documents.
- Respond to incoming requests and work collaboratively with the team to:
- Contact clients to follow up on the quote sent and inform them of the deadlines and obligations associated with it.
- Write service offers.
- Perform the appropriate follow-ups.

**What we’d like you to have**:
- AEC in sales or representation is an asset.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate knowledge in CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
**Qualities and skills**:
- Bilingualism required both orally and in writing (French and English).
- Understanding of the client's needs and know how to meet these needs with our products and services.
- Excellent rigour in your work and a concern for quality.
- Self-motivated, excellent ability to anticipate needs (proactive) and excellent sense of autonomy.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.
- Excellent team spirit and a desire to help others.
