**Company Overview**:
We are a dynamic and growing fashion accessories company based in **Montreal, Quebec**. We design, import, and distribute seasonal fashion products and are expanding into new categories including **workwear and activewear**. As our business grows, we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-focused individual to support operations, assist with product sourcing, and help bring structure and efficiency to our internal processes.

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, takes initiative, and brings a calm, steady approach to managing day-to-day operations. You’ll play a critical role in helping us **build and refine our internal systems** — from order processing and production tracking to supporting the sales team and ensuring clear communication across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help **set up and improve internal workflows and processes** to support a growing operation
- Accurately enter and manage sales orders and ensure all required details are complete
- Create purchase orders and coordinate sampling, packaging, and shipping with overseas suppliers (primarily in China)
- Ensure accuracy across all product, packaging, and delivery details
- Help source new product opportunities (including workwear) and liaise with vendors
- Track production and shipping schedules and follow up as needed
- Communicate clearly with the warehouse to ensure all order information is accurate
- Support the sales team by organizing product data, documents, and communications

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years of experience** in office coordination, operations, sales support, or sourcing
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience setting up or improving administrative processes
- A steady, mature approach to managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Experience with international suppliers or product development is an asset
- **Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset**:

- Fashion, apparel, or accessories background is a bonus
