**Overview**

Job Purpose:
To ensure the smooth operation of the sales department by supporting administrative functions, monitoring performance, and reinforcing best practices, contributing to the efficiency and success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attendance & Payroll Management
- Track daily attendance and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Coordinate with HR or accounting to ensure timely processing of payroll.
- Onboarding New Hires
- Manage the onboarding process for new sales representatives, including setting up accounts, sharing training materials, and introducing company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for new employees during their training period.
- Sales Representative Support
- Answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the company's products, services, and sales processes.
- Provide guidance to sales reps to resolve issues related to tools, workflows, or customer queries.
- Training Manual & Best Practices
- Stay fully updated on the company’s sales training manuals and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to refine training content based on performance insights.
- Sales Call Monitoring
- Listen to sales calls and assess adherence to training guidelines and best practices.
- Flag and report calls that deviate from expectations, providing constructive feedback to the sales manager or reps.
- Sales Reporting
- Update and maintain accurate sales reports to track team performance and individual KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to management on trends, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with sales reps and management.
- Experience with sales processes, CRM systems, and call-monitoring software.
- Proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools for data analysis.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.

This role bridges administrative, coaching, and operational functions, ensuring the sales team runs efficiently while aligning with company standards and goals.

Objectif du poste:
Assurer le bon fonctionnement du département des ventes en soutenant les fonctions administratives, en surveillant les performances, et en renforçant les meilleures pratiques, contribuant ainsi à l’efficacité et au succès de l’équipe de vente.

Responsabilités principales :Gestion de l’assiduité et de la paie
- Suivre l’assiduité quotidienne et maintenir des dossiers de paie précis.
- Coordonner avec les RH ou la comptabilité pour assurer un traitement rapide des paies.

Intégration des nouvelles recrues
- Gérer le processus d’intégration des nouveaux représentants commerciaux, y compris la création de comptes, le partage des documents de formation, et la présentation des politiques de l’entreprise.
- Servir de premier point de contact pour les nouveaux employés pendant leur période de formation.

Soutien aux représentants commerciaux
- Répondre aux questions fréquemment posées (FAQs) sur les produits, services et processus de vente de l’entreprise.
- Fournir des conseils aux représentants pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux outils, aux flux de travail ou aux demandes des clients.

Manuel de formation et meilleures pratiques
- Rester à jour sur les manuels de formation des ventes et les meilleures pratiques de l’entreprise.
- Collaborer avec la direction pour améliorer le contenu de la formation en fonction des performances observées.

Surveillance des appels de vente
- Écouter les appels de vente et évaluer leur conformité aux directives et aux meilleures pratiques de formation.
- Signaler les appels qui ne répondent pas aux attentes et fournir des commentaires constructifs au gestionnaire des ventes ou aux représentants.

Rapports de vente
- Mettre à jour et maintenir des rapports de ventes précis pour suivre les performances de l’équipe et les indicateurs de performance individuels (KPI).
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction sur les tendances, les goulots d’étranglement, ou les domaines à améliorer.

Qualifications:

- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les représentants des ventes et la direction.
- Expérience des processus de vente, des systèmes CRM et des logiciels de surveillance des appels.
- Maîtrise d’Excel ou d’autres outils de reporting pour l’analyse des données.
- Esprit collaboratif avec la capacité de coacher et de fournir des retours constructifs.

Ce rôle combine des fonctions administratives, de coaching et opérationnelles, garantissant que l’équipe des ventes fonctionne efficacement tout en respectant les normes et les objectifs de l’entreprise.
