We are hiring a Customer Care Representative in our Burlington store. This one year contract role will work between 24 and 40 hours per week serving our Members and Customers.

In this role you will be doing things like:

- Taking passport photos, giving out tour books, and supporting MSC's as required with admin tasks
- Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Agents
- Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current Covid and travel protocols
- Invoicing travel files for Travel Agents
- Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
- Support with Travel Agents with Accounting adjustments. (eg. Verify Travel invoice with Clientlinq files)
- Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Agent requirements
