**Current job opening: Customer Service Representative**

**Permanent role: Part-time Wednesday to Friday**

**Location of work: 3 days in office**

**About the role**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Customer sales order entry & invoicing. In addition to all customer query resolution
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely and courteous manner
- Maintenance of work-through excel spreadsheets
- General office administrative duties
- Customer credit control duties & other finance duties
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.

**Experience & Skill Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- SAP B1 software user experience (preferred not essential)
- Good base understanding of Microsoft Excel
- +2yrs customer service experience
- French communication skills an asset
