Are you a career minded? A team player? Customer service orientated individual? If so, FBM may the right fit for you. We are seeking a **full time Inside sales representative / customer service representative** to our always growing fleet
- Provide quality interactions with customers via phone or in person
- Provide technical information related to construction materials and tools.
- Answer phones in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
- Inputting orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper paper flow is achieved from start to finish
- Responsible for daily cash out procedures.
- Communicate to clients when special orders have arrived.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Keep branch supervisor advised of competitive situations on products and pricing.
- Communicate with other branches.
- Communicate and assist with outside sales team.
- Establish strong working relationship with suppliers.
- Participate in meetings as required.
- Maintain good housekeeping at desk space
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, enhancing the customer experience when entering the building.
- Assist with physical inventory counts.
- Building products knowledge - specifically drywall, insulation, ceiling systems and steel studding.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
