Midland, Canada MRT Automation Ltd. Full time

Bookkeeper
- Maintain general ledger and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage job cost reporting systems (Cash flow, YTD job cost reports)
- Quarterly sales/quote performance reports
- Assist accountants with year-end processes

Human Resources
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate HR policies and programs
- Advise management and employees on interpretation on personnel policies, benefit programs and employment standards
- Research and prepare job descriptions
- Administer benefit employment equity and other HR programs
- Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
- Arrange staff training
- Ensure procedures are followed
- Carry out other duties as assigned (ie. assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence)

Customer Service
- Greet clients and advise contacts.
- Operate telephone system (screen, forward calls)
- Access and process information for clients & employees

Additional Skills:

- Computer software knowledge - Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel etc.)
- Understanding of blueprints & manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Standards considered an asset

Essential Skills:

- Excellent telephone manners, good written and oral communication, math skills
- Work well with others, attention to detail
- Good problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making
- Job task planning and organizing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
