Client Experience Specialist II - Midland, ON - 6 Month Contract Canada Life, a leading independent wealth management firm, is hiring a Client Experience Specialist II in Midland, Ontario. The role is a 6-month contract, 32.5 hours per week. About the Position The Client Experience Specialist acts as the first point of contact for clients, supporting advisors with client servicing, meeting coordination, documentation, and other administrative duties. What You Will Do Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, video conference, and in person. Screen and direct calls, take and relay messages promptly. Answer queries and disseminate or explain information to callers and visitors. Escalate client matters in a timely manner as required. Ensure excellence in every interaction to provide a consistent experience for existing clients and prospects. Schedule and manage Advisor/Client appointments and events; document key information. Handle all client requests with the advisor and/or team within pre-defined SLAs. Contribute to the team’s retention, client happiness, and growth targets. Provide absenteeism coverage for other support staff as directed. Ensure accuracy of completed account/trade paperwork, financial plans, and all client meeting documentation. Coordinate client account/trade instructions for creation and completion. Provide ongoing feedback to the team for business improvements. Enter all client information in the CRM. What You Will Bring At least 2 years in an advisor/client support role within financial services or insurance. Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline. Completion or working toward IFIC, CSC, or CPH preferred. Strong client service skills; the ability to anticipate client needs and follow up promptly. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Knowledge of Univeris, Plan Plus, iMost, Croesus, NetRep, and NBCN is a plus. MFDA or IIROC licensed, or willingness to complete required continuing education for licensing. Effective communication skills, empathy, optimism, and a growth-focused mindset. Compensation The base salary ranges from $47,400 to $71,100 annually, plus potential variable compensation components.
