Well established company requires permanent office co ordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Answering phone calls and redirect as required
- Managing daily, weekly agenda and or appointments as required
- Preparing correspondence and facilitate completion of service reports as required
- Clerical and administrative support to assist all office procedures as well as supporting staff
- File and update information regarding staff, customers, contracts and suppliers
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Check stock and reorder as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication required
- Integrity and professionalism a must
- Familiar with Quickbooks would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midland, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
