Devry Smith Frank _LLP _is an established, full-service, law firm with over 70 lawyers. The firm has several practice areas which include: corporate/commercial, commercial lending, commercial litigation, bankruptcy/insolvency, condominium law, family law, wills and estates, personal injury, commercial and residential real estate, tax, immigration and planning and development.

We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Administrator for our Midland Office location.

**Duties include**:

- Answering the phone, forwarding messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate locations/extensions;
- Greeting clients, seating them in the boardrooms, offering beverages, and taking copies of ID’s as needed;
- Collecting and distributing mail throughout the office;
- Sending and receiving deliveries;
- Ordering all office and household supplies;
- Ensuring cleanliness throughout the office and kitchens;
- Looking after any issues within the office such as contacting building management for small repairs, contacting vendors regarding copy;
- Booking boardrooms.

**Skills needed**:

- MS Office suite knowledge including Word and Excel;
- Great verbal and communication skills;
- Professional, people-oriented, and positive;
- Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment and willing to undertake and learn new tasks;
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
