Midland Golf & Country Club Administrative Assistant Job Description

**Shift **:Daily 9:00 am to 5:00pm. PT Position, 3 days a week

**Rate: To be determined based on qualifications & experience.**

**Location: Midland Golf & Country Club - Administrative Office**

Midland Golf & Country Club is premier golf course in the Georgian Bay area.

Reporting to the General Manager and Administrative Manager

**Key Activities**:

- Perform accounts payable function
- Manage Banking and Government Payments
- Perform payroll functions (weekly pay input, monthly and annual reporting).
- Journal Entries
- Purchase, receive and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain various filing system (computerized and paper).

**Education & experience required**:

- Completion of Grade 12 High School or equivalent.
- Technical school certificate (or higher) or equivalent training in area of accounting, office and/or human resources administration.

**Competencies**:

- Strong technical skills to operate and maintain Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve.
- Acute attention to detail
