**Office Administrator**

An office administrator needs to be proactive in identifying areas they can add value and develop tools for the team to better perform their tasks. A great office administrator has a passion for organization and is looking to become an integral part of an established home building team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General admin support
- Monitoring new leads and coordinating introductory calls
- Perform project audits in the software
- New project setup
- Write cheques
- Manage general office supplies
- Project Manager support
- Fill, send and receive sub agreements
- Prefill contracts
- Entering invoices
- Monitor time entries
- Monitor and submit draw requests
- Miscellaneous marketing tasks
- Mailers etc.
- Event planning
- Manage admin inbox
- Collect data
- Develop training manuals
- Consolidate and organize general HR documents

**Skills**:

- Ability to create and manage spreadsheets
- Ability to bring organization to chaos
- Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Professionalism in manner and attire.
