**Hey Winnipeg We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team**
- We are looking to bring an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing team._
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining schedules and calendars, and maintaining contact lists for communication;
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses;
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping, creating financial reports and other data points for KPIs.
- You are communicating with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a class 5 license and a vehicle to commute.
- Proficiency with computerized systems (Microsoft Word, Gsuite, Excel) is essential.
- Ability to compose correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize a large workload and independently complete a variety of administrative duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment effectively
- Ability to work independently and establish and maintain good working relationships with administrative staff, healthcare agencies, and all levels of management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
