As an **Operations Coordinator**, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that technicians, equipment, and resources are scheduled efficiently and dispatched seamlessly. You’ll be the communication hub between project managers, field crews, and customers, making sure everyone has what they need to succeed. From coordinating logistics to supporting content management, you’ll play a critical role in keeping projects on track and clients informed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, equipment, and vehicles for restoration projects.
- Adjust schedules in real time to handle emergencies, delays, or conflicts.
- Act as the main communication point between customers, technicians, and project managers.
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding appointments and schedule changes.
- Track and manage equipment check-outs, fleet readiness, and warehouse resources.
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and logistics for job sites.
- Support content-related activities including inspections, documentation, storage, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems (Dash or Encircle).
- Reconcile technician timesheets, track utilization, and flag certification expirations.
- Assist with project documentation and reporting for project managers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, or office administration (restoration or construction industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear, professional communicator with both customers and staff.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in records, schedules, and systems.
- Proficiency with scheduling or project management software (experience with Dash or Encircle is an asset).
- Comfortable directing technicians and collaborating with managers.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or service-related industries.
- Familiarity with insurance programs, adjuster communication, or claims systems (XactAnalysis, Symbility, CoreLogic).
- Knowledge of fleet or equipment tracking.
- Certification in office administration, project coordination, or a related field.
