Winnipeg, Canada Altima Cabinet Works Ltd. Full time

Since 2000, Altima Cabinet Works Ltd. has been a locally owned and operated custom cabinet manufacturer located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We provide quality cabinetry and millwork to a wide range of clients and customers both locally, across Canada and the United States.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
- Verify new orders and enter data details into system
- Coordinate job priorities with the plant.
- Arrange deliveries, installations and payments with customers as required
- Arrange accommodations and logistics for out of town work as needed
- Ensure that system information is up to date and accurate
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**
- Preference will be given to those with a Post Secondary education.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with managing and coordinating of schedules in an equivalent or related position.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Work experience in the construction or manufacturing business/industry is considered an asset.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Extensive customer service skills, with the ability to manage and deal with difficult customer issues and concerns.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large workload while respecting tight deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and effectively.
- Strong ability to take a proactive approach in the day-to-day operation of the business.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook and Excel.

**Condition of Employment**
- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License, with access to a reliable vehicle (as the office location is not on a bus route)
- This is not a remote position

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
