**IT Operations Project Coordinator**
As the IT Operations Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, and internal Resolute teams to coordinate small projects from initial planning, estimating, execution, through to closure.
The ability to coordinate actions to ensure technology teams effectively transition from projects to production support and operational departments is key. You will ensure approvals are obtained for the functions to give the ongoing support after delivery. Focusing on gathering requirements, securing design approval, completing risk assessments, analyzing support process gaps, preparing training activities, making sure paperwork is approved, coordinating early life support, communicating changes, and tracking service acceptance criteria could all be part of an effective handover in this role.

**What you will be responsible for**:
Service Introduction
- Assists with coordinating activities to ensure technology teams receive effective handover from project to production support and operational departments (ensuring their approval is gained for the functions to provide the on-going support post-delivery).
- Assists with compliance of the Service Transition policy, process, and standards for the assigned projects, including the completion of plans, procedures, reports, and governance.
- Assists with championing service introduction policies, processes and standards and ensures changes are appropriately communicated.
- Ensures services can be managed, operated, and supported in accordance with the constraints specified during the service design stage.
- Assists with managing the Service Introduction portfolio of work by maintaining status, and budget reports.
- Provides support in carrying out adhoc IT Service Management (ITSM) tasks.
- Change management activities (participating in CABs - change approval boards)
Project Coordination & Client Onboarding
- Assists with project requirements gathering, planning, estimating, monitoring, and controlling, and closeout.
- Assists with project tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Accepts the project's service transition tasks’ scope in conjunction with the Service Delivery Lead.
- Ensures projects adhere to service transition criteria.
- Coordinates the delivery of training plans for support teams.
- Works with all Resolute departments to ensure tasks are correctly completed and in a timely manner.
- Performs Organizational Change Management (internal and external) to ensure communication of new services, T2P (transition to production) and onboarding of clients.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Computer Science degree, College diploma or equivalent experience and training
- 2-3 years of recent project coordination experience required including: People management
Process development/Continuous improvement
Client management and service delivery
- Managed Services Provider experience a definite asset
- Operational and Customer Service experience
- Planning and project management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Technical understanding of networking and hosting technologies
- Proficient in ITIL and IT service management practices
- Project Management certification an asset
- Change Management approaches an asset
