**Job Summary**
We are looking to hire a reliable, motivated, and task-oriented Administration/Accounting Coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and capable. They must have a great ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. The individual must be capable of managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced and growing corporate environment

**Duties**
- Assisting management in the implementation and execution of tasks, goals, and responsibilities.
- Manage workflow and ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly and efficiently.
- Assist with new hires, employee files, HR and benefit coordination.
- Monitor, manage and organize corporate insurance.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Accounting back up when required.
- Experience using Quickbooks will be an asset
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in financial and operational practices.
- Support corporate finance activities by preparing reports and assisting with budget preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis.
- Understanding of financial services principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
