Office Administrator

General and Office Administrator:
- Office supply management, deliveries and package collection, etc.
- Miscellaneous daily and monthly accounting and office management duties as required for company invoicing, etc.
Accounting/Bookkeeping:
- Daily corporate accounting procedures using Sage Simply Accounting.
- Reconciling bank accounts, calculating, and preparing cheques for payroll and other financial documentation, etc.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations including month-end closing.
- Monthly management of accounts payable and receivables (preparation and filing of ongoing government compliance remittances including Source Deductions, HST, WSIB, etc., as required).
- Preparation of year-end reporting coordinating with accountant.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants with:
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma in Office Administration.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in office setting.
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient with Sage Simply Accounting, MS Office, Excel (QuickBooks).
- Personal vehicle is required.
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
