As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing paperwork for client meetings
- New client administration setup
- Completing investment forms and documentation
- Executing and following-up on investment trades
- Data entry, filing and scanning
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bilingual, English and French (written and spoken)
- Conscientious nature and excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to details and be able to multi-task
- Team player who is also capable of working independently
- You enjoy technology and are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience preferably in the financial services industry, or have post-secondary education
- Working knowledge of the mutual fund industry would be a definite asset
